great space
"Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. Two acres fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development in that this fenced area is not adjacent to other fenced areas with other dogs...it goes straight to National Forest or unfenced private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. The agility field is not as well fenced as the walking area, as it is just a snow fence currently. This should change over to a better fence and a flatter surface in the summer of 2019. Some things to be aware of: small dogs can possibly run under the fence in a few areas. This property is at altitude (8,350 feet), so dress accordingly. In the winter, if the road is snow covered, four wheel drive is recommended for one of the hills in the driveway. You can expect snow covered ground in January & February and sometimes in the other months. This is like hiking in the National Forest -- you will sometimes see wildlife, so be aware! "
Fully fenced big play yard! Big rocks so dogs can’t swallow. Grass yard and rock/concrete patio for shade.
Fully fenced backyard that is new! New trees and shaded patio to cool under, grass to roll around and play in! Great option if you have a pup that is stuck inside all day and you would like them to have a backyard to play in!
We would love to share our 9+acre property with you. It is mountainous and rocky with room to move freely. The North fork of the South Platte River is a short but steep hike below with Pike National Forest on the other side. We have a glorious view of the mountains with no neighbors nearby. Peaceful, private and room to roam. Spend and hour or an afternoon playing here. It is a great day trip to get out of the city - less than an hour from Denver. There is currently no fenced area. We have an indoor cat sanctuary on site. All proceeds go directly to support the cats.
Our back yard is sloped with mostly grass. The fence is 4' tall. There are bushes and trees that our dogs love to run around. Enough space to throw a ball for dogs that like to fetch.
